Crystal Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your crystal purchase, it may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• Items must be purchased within the last 14 days.

• Items must be in their original packaging.

• Items must be unaltered and free from damage caused by the customer.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges if:

• The order is older than 14 days.

• Items are missing original packaging.

• Items have been altered or damaged.

Please note:

• Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs and assume the risk of loss or damage during transit.

• We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

• Elemental Alchemy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Shipping Details

Orders are shipped from Virginia, USA. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing. We ship on Tuesdays and Fridays only. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next available shipping day.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

• International orders typically arrive within 14–21 business days.

Elemental Alchemy is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete addresses

• Weather disruptions

• Customs holds

• Any other circumstances beyond our control

Our team is available Monday through Friday. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. If you reach out over the weekend, we’ll get back to you the following Monday.
